Your tasks

  • processing all incoming customer calls
  • Complaints processing in close coordination with production
  • Customer-specific activities
  • Commercial transactions of customers
  • invoicing of our logistics services
  • Preparation of performance figures (statistics)
  • Support in the development of offers
  • order acceptance
  • Support of our customers in-house and inventory management
  • Maintenance of customer, recipient and forwarding agent master data in the system
  • Other administrative tasks as required

your profile

  • Good logistics knowledge based on training or relevant professional experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems
  • Mastering the warehouse management system
  • knowledge of English is advantageous
  • Strong service orientation
