Your tasks

  • Processing customer calls, complaints and orders in the IT system
  • Creation of credit notes and reports
  • Coordination of customer-specific activities
  • Proactive coordination with customers and internal departments
  • Close cooperation with team leaders, key account managers
  • In-house customer support including inventory support
  • Complaints processing in close coordination with production
  • Maintenance and control of customer, product and shipping data
  • Participation in training and support in telesales activities

Your profile

  • Good logistics knowledge or pharmaceutical knowledge based on training or relevant professional experience
  • Mastering the warehouse management system and the commercial system Sage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems
  • Strong service orientation and organizational skills
  • Proactive and independent action
