Your tasks

  • Processing of customer calls, complaints and orders in the IT system
  • Creation of credit notes and reports
  • coordination of customer-specific activities
  • Proactive coordination with customers and internal departments
  • Close cooperation with team leaders, key account managers
  • Support of customers in-house including inventory support
  • Complaints processing in close coordination with production
  • Maintenance and control of customer, product and shipping data
  • Participation in training and support in telesales activities

your profile

  • Good knowledge of logistics or pharmaceuticals based on training or relevant professional experience
  • Mastering the warehouse management system and the commercial system Sage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems
  • Strong service orientation and organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-responsible action

For a new customer, we are also looking for additional support in our Customer Service team (m/f/d) from November 1st, 2024.
