Dare to make an impact?
- Support the preparation of content and master material for upcoming product launches and relaunches in Beauty Care as well as Laundry & Homecare for consumer services of all EU markets
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, develop consumer relevant questions and align the answers with various stakeholders (e.g. EU/global marketing, R&D, legal, issue management)
- Have an active contribution to the implementation of the master information assets into a knowledge base for different communication channels
- Work as a fully integrated team member in a newly set up team and an additional cross functional team covering business and digital/IT aspects
- Experience a lot of freedom to bring in your ideas and suggestions for improvements
- Achieve taking consumer and customer service to the next level by implementing new features and processes to improve user experience, increase consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all touchpoints
- Get a broad overview of consumer service and the broader scope of EU marketing with wide array of stakeholders
- Student pursuing a Masters´ degree in business, marketing or communication science
- Practical experience in the field of marketing, consumer service or public relations, through previous internships in the FMCG industry or in an agency
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Confidence in dealing with common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Keen interest in marketing innovation, strategic thinking, process improvement and trends in the field of FMCG
- You love constant changes and describe yourself as open-minded, communicative, well organized and you also enjoy writing, are creative and have a feeling for good texts and speech
- Work in an international team, that is characterized by reliability and have a high level of entrepreneurial spirit and networking skills
- Availability as of 15th January 2025 for 6 months
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
