Responsible for the product portfolio management (e.g. Product Life Cycle, spec definition, quality requirements, initial price setting)
Accountable for the SiC module roadmap (innovation and optimization and creation of business cases)
Responsible for global SiC module strategy as well as long term planning
Responsible for yearly sales and margin implementation of SiC as well as driving all cross functional actions required to achieve these business plan targets
New Product Introduction (NPI) to achieve business case fulfilment targets
Responsible for business case execution and fulfillment
Competitor (portfolio) analysis as well as technology and application trend analysis, market investigations
Interface between marketing, development, quality, operations and all other departments of the Business Group SiC
This is you
Minimum master’s degree in semiconductor device physics, electrical engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years professional product marketing background
Knowledge of power semiconductors, modules as well as application know how of electronic hardware
Entrepreneurial approach with strong customer focus and service orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent written and spoken English & German
Excellent analytical and structured work approach
Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams
Ability to take functional lead of cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel (10-15%)
